How to Ship Your Diabetic Supplies for Maximum Payout

Shipping diabetic supplies to sell them is straightforward — but a few simple steps will protect your payout and speed up your payment. Here's what we see go right (and wrong) every week.

Step 1: Check What We Accept

We buy unused, unexpired diabetic supplies. Before packing, verify:

• Test strips: Unopened boxes only. Expiration date must be at least 3 months out.
• CGM sensors: Dexcom G6/G7, Libre 2/3, Medtronic — sealed in original packaging.
• Lancets & lancing devices: Unopened. Most major brands accepted.
• Insulin: Unopened pens/vials, refrigerated and not expired. (Call ahead for current pricing.)

We don't accept opened boxes, expired supplies, used/worn CGM sensors, or pump supplies.

Step 2: Get Your Quote First

Don't ship blind. Quotes are fast — most are confirmed within an hour.

Step 3: Pack It Right

• Use a sturdy box — test strip boxes bend easily in transit
• Wrap boxes in bubble wrap or surround with crumpled paper — no loose rattling
• For insulin: include an ice pack in a sealed plastic bag, clearly labeled as refrigerated medication
• Don't overstuff the box — bent or crushed packaging reduces payout
• Include a note with your name and phone number inside the box

Step 4: Ship With Tracking

Always ship with tracking enabled. Our prepaid labels include tracking automatically. If you're using your own shipping, use USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx — never standard first-class for fragile supplies.

Keep your tracking number until you've been paid.

Step 5: Get Paid

We inspect and pay same day we receive your package. Payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check — your choice. You'll get a text or call when it's received and payment is confirmed.
