Not all sellers get the same price for the same supplies. Here are the things that separate a $200 payout from a $350 payout for the same box of sensors.
1. Sell Before They Expire
Expiration date is the #1 value factor after product type. Supplies with 6+ months left pay full price. Under 3 months? We can't buy them. Sell early — don't wait until your backup stock is close to expiring.
2. Don't Open the Box
Sealed packaging is required. An opened strip bottle or sensor box is worth zero on the resale market. If you've opened the outer box but the strips are still in a sealed bottle inside, that's fine. The strip/sensor seal must be intact.
3. Sell in Bulk When You Can
Got 10 boxes instead of 2? Mention it upfront. Bulk shipments sometimes qualify for a better per-unit rate because they reduce our per-transaction handling cost.
4. Send CGM Sensors First
CGM sensors (Dexcom, Freestyle Libre) expire. If you have a mix of strips and sensors, prioritize selling the sensors — they have shorter shelf lives and the highest per-unit value.
5. Keep Boxes Intact
Original packaging protects value. Crushed, wet, or damaged boxes reduce the offer slightly. Store your supplies somewhere dry and cool until you're ready to ship.
6. Ship Fast After Getting a Quote
Market prices can shift. Once you have a quote, ship within a week to lock in that rate. We honor quotes for shipments received within 7 days of the offer.
7. Bundle Different Products in One Shipment
Send test strips, CGM sensors, and pump supplies all in one box. One free label, one payment. No benefit to sending them separately — you'll just use more boxes and wait longer for payment.
